What materials are used in your planners?
Kae's Paper Co. prioritizes quality in our products. Our planners are made from high-quality 140 gsm paper that is designed to withstand daily use while providing a smooth writing experience. The covers are made of linen and are crafted to be durable and aesthetically pleasing.
What are your shipping times?
Processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping time is 1-2 business days once picked up from our facility. This is standard for locations across Ontario, and may be longer across Canada or in the United States. We ship from Holland Landing, Ontario, Canada.
In our busy season, processing times can take up to 7 days prior to shipping out. (Black friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, etc.)
You can also track your shipment on the email received once parcel has been shipped. There will be a tracking number with all the details and updates for you.

Do you offer pick-up?
Yes, we offer pick-up from our location in Holland Landing. Once your item is ready for pick-up you will receive an email with detailed instructions to come pick-up your order.
What is your return policy?

We want you to love your planner and stationery products! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized planners.
- Items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support at https://kaespaperco.ca/pages/contact with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and mailing instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.
Do you offer international shipping?
KPC only offers shipping to Canada and the US at this time. We plan to expand our shipping locations in the future.

We currently sell our products wholesale. We offer 20-40% discounts on select products, with a minimum of $500 for initial order.
